Thank You for taking my class! My name is Max Huppert and I am the executive chef at Colorado Mountain College. I started off my culinary education at Baltimore Culinary College and have now been in the profession for 13 years. I love to travel and experience new foods; from the way they taste to the presentation. Finding new flavors and experiencing the ambience of the location is something I enjoy doing on all my travels, everything from eating giant grilled shrimp on the beaches of Thailand to drinking Chianti in Florence.
With this class I hope to educate You in different cooking techniques and varieties on one ingredient. Recipes and more information about the specific classes will be posted throughout the semester as we go through the different ingredients.Welcome!
